Evaluation of smaller lines of business and assessment of opportunities for growth.
Our organization has many,many historical files and photos that have been compiled for years but no system for archiving them. We will be moving into a new building in 2020 and desperately need assistance from someone with expertise/knowledge in archiving to help us determine how best to retain historically significant items and purge those no longer needed. We would welcome a voluntary consultation or again, a student intern, with knowledge of the subject to advise us how to move forward with organizing and storing these materials.
We have a new full-time grants manager position but would appreciate insight/resources for identifying/researching grant opportunities outside of Foundation Center (and similar) research engines.
